What services are offered with Internet Banking?
You will have access to your account anytime or anywhere. You will be able to
make a loan payment, transfer funds, view account history and see what has cleared.
What is the cost of Internet Banking to the customer?
Internet Banking is free to Security State Bank of Marine customers.
How soon can I access my accounts after enrollment?
If enrollment takes place before 3 pm CST, your account information will be available within two business days. If enrollment takes place after 3 pm CST, your account information will be available within three business days.
Where can I access my Internet Banking?
You can access your account from any computer connected to the Internet.
How much history is available on my accounts online?
The history of your online accounts starts the first day you are able to see your
information online.
Can account transfers be performed between banks?
You cannot transfer online from one bank to another bank but you can transfer between your Security State Bank accounts.
How current is the information about my accounts?
Your account information is updated nightly. If a transaction is made before 2 pm CST your account information will be updated on the same business day. If a transaction is made after 2 pm CST, your account information will be updated the following business day.
When will my transactions take place?
If a transaction is made before 2 pm CST your transaction will take place on the same business day. If a transaction is made after 2 pm CST, your transaction will take place on the following business day.
If I do not apply, is my information still available online?
No, you must apply in order to have your information available online.

Is Internet Banking secure and confidential?
We use a combination of access, authentication, and other security controls to create a secure and confidential Internet Banking environment. These include passwords, firewalls, and encryption. We use User Identification and a password or PIN to verify a customer's identity. Firewalls combine hardware and software to block unwanted communications into and out of our network, while allowing acceptable communications to pass. Encryption transforms data into an unreadable format. Our system uses 128-bit encryption for all Internet Banking system communications. Encryption is used when transmitting all sensitive or critical data.
Can I pay my bills online with Security State Bank Internet Banking?
Although we do not currently offer "Bill Pay," there are other bill payment options such as paying your bill online directly through the company website or setting up bill payment through search engines.
