Jim Lindberg My name is James Lindberg.  I started at SSB in January of 1969. The first 23 years I worked at the Marine site.  I served in various positions with most of my emphasis on lending and funds management. I became bank president in 1984.  In 1992 with the opening of the Scandia Office, I spent the majority of my service in Scandia.  In 1997 I helped open a loan production office in Lindstrom, which ultimately turned into a full service office for the Chisago Lakes Area.  It has been fun working with a dedicated staff in growing & changing communities. I am currently Board Chairman and have a personal goal to stay involved in the bank until 2019 when the bank will be 100 years old.  I would have served 50 years. See you at the bank!

Judy Maslowski I started work for Security State Bank of Marine in April 1978.  I now work at the Lindstrom branch, after 27 years in Marine.  It's exciting to get to know new people at a new location.  As with most small banks we all have several hats to wear.  Some of my main duties include IRAs, Compliance and Loans.

Greg Isaacson I started working summers in 1981 and started full time in 1983.  I now work in our Marine office as the Sr. Vice President.  My main duties include real estate, commercial and construction lending, investment portfolio management, bank financial planning and bank holding company corporate functions.

Adam Wojtowicz I started at the bank in September 1992.  I was hired at the time the Scandia branch was opened.  When I first started, I worked in Marine and also the drive-up in Scandia, but now I work mostly in Forest Lake.  I am involved in many areas of the bank; lending, operations, and investments to name a few.  I grew up in Scandia and really enjoy the area.  My wife and I now live in Lindstrom and have three boys.

Becky Haywood My name is Becky Haywood and I am an Assistant Cashier at Security State Bank of Marine.  I work in the bank’s main office located in Marine on St Croix.  I started at the bank in June of 1995 working part time while attending college.  After graduating from college in June of 1999 I started working full time. I mainly work in the operations department with some of my many duties including the reporting of HMDA, proof, and compliance.

Diane Mills My name is Diane Mills.  My husband Glen and I, along with our two children, have lived in Marine on St. Croix since 1989.  I have worked at Security State Bank of Marine at the Marine office since 1995.  I wear many hats at the bank.  My job includes Consumer Banking, Operations, Consumer Lending and Mortgage Lending, along with other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities. I really appreciate working at a community bank where I can get to know customers and give them personal service.

Melissa Cunningham I started in September of 1995 in the Scandia office and now work in our Forest Lake office.  I do an assortment of duties from waiting on customers to opening new accounts to doing the paperwork for loans and mortgages.  I enjoy our customers and the people I work with!

Bob Jennissen I joined the bank in October of 1997 as a Vice President and was instrumental in opening and developing our Chisago Lakes office. I currently help manage the office in Chisago Lakes and continue to develop business as a lender by providing customers with all types of loan products including Secondary Market Mortgages, construction mortgages, consumer loans, and business loans.

Alice Bennett I began my banking career in 1986, working for several local banks before being hired on by Security State Bank of Marine in January of 1998 in the Loan Production office in Lindstrom. Since that time we have grown to a full service bank and I have continued providing customer service in the areas of mortgage financing, consumer loans, IRAs and all forms of teller transactions. My specialty is processing mortgage loans. My family and I live near Sunrise, MN.

JoAnn Buse I am JoAnn Buse and have lived in Scandia since 1994 with my husband, Jeff and two sons.  I manage the Security State Agency which is owned and operated by the Bank.  I have worked in the insurance industry for over 25 years.  I hold both my property/casualty license as well as health/life license. The Bank has operated an agency for over 80 years and I am proud to be part of many more years of continued service to the community.

Sandy Addyman I have been in the banking industry since 1983. I started with Security State Bank of Marine in July of 1999 in the Mortgage Department at our Lindstrom location.  In August of 2004 I obtained her Property and Casualty License and transferred to Scandia to work at Security State Agency, which is owned and operated by Security State Bank of Marine.  I continue originating mortgages along with pursuing the Insurance profession.

Brooke Lacy My name is Brooke Lacy.  I graduated from Carlson School of Management with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Marketing in the spring of 2003.  I have been working at the bank since the beginning of 2001.  Some of my responsibilities at the bank include providing customer service, processing loans and mortgages, and assisting customers with our Online Banking services.  I am an Assistant Cashier and Internet Banking Officer for the Chisago Lakes branch.

Mackenzie Johnson My name is Mackenzie Johnson.  I started working part time at the Scandia office in the summer of 2002.  I was hired full time with the bank when I graduated from University of Colorado – Boulder in June of 2003.  I now work in our Forest Lake office, mainly working with Internet Banking, operations and customer service.

Judy A. Strand I started in our Marine office in September 2002.  I do statements, mail, file, and wait on customers and whatever else I can get into!

Stephanie Peterson
My name is Stephanie Peterson and I work at the Lindstrom office. I have been employed here since April of 2003. My main job is to provide customer service - this includes assisting customers with their transactions both through the drive-up and in the lobby, answering phones and helping to open new accounts.  I am currently attending Winona State University.

Sarah Beitler
This is Sarah Joy Beitler and I began working at the Lindstrom branch, June of 2004.  I work as a teller, opening new accounts and helping customers as they come through the bank. I started working at the bank through the high school’s Business Professionals of America program.  I am currently a senior at Chisago Lakes High School and will be graduating in the spring 2006. 

Lynn Sandager I'm Lynn Sandager and have been working at Security State Bank since September 2002.  I enjoy the many areas of teller work at a small community bank and am continuously learning.  I also enjoy meeting people!  I have lived in Scandia all of my life and am married to Rick.  We have three sons who keep us very busy with their sporting activities and scouting.  As a family we enjoy traveling as often as we can!  I look forward to meeting you at our wonderful small town bank.

Sara Thompson I started at the bank in June of 2005, after I graduated from Minneapolis Business College.  I have many jobs at the bank, including; mail, proof, and assisting customers.  I really have enjoyed the new experiences that I have encountered and the people I have met.

Tami Higgins Hi - I'm Tami - I started in August 2005 at the Scandia branch.  I enjoy working with people and helping customers with all their banking needs.  I have lived in Scandia for 11 years with my husband, two children and a granddaughter.

Rob Pruden Good day everyone! My name is Rob and I joined the Security State Bank staff in October 2006. I have lived in the Marine/Scandia area for most of my life and continue to live in the St. Croix River Valley with my wife Stephanie and our two children. I look forward to serving you. Nicci Johnson I started at Security State Bank in 2006 and I enjoy working with my fellow co-workers and meeting the needs of our customers. My husband and I live between Lindstrom and Scandia. I love working in the same community I grew up in.
